Job Summary/Basic Function:	Reports to Peer Recruiter Supervisor; Makes calls to prospective and currently enrolled students; Participates in outreach efforts of the college through high school visits, community events, and special programs; Conducts individual and group tours of the college; Assists potential students with registration and applications; Prepares reports for each completed Peer Recruiter activity; Enters and maintains recruitment and retention data; Assists college faculty and staff with special programs and projects; Up to 19 hours per week.
Physical Demands:	Able to traverse campus, reaching, handling, fine dexterity, vision, hearing, talking.
Minimum Qualifications:	2024 Graduate of Sweeny High School; Full-time student at Brazosport College; Basic computer skills; Excellent interpersonal skills; Good communication skills including oral and written; Knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office software; Excellent organizational skills; Peer Recruiter must maintain a cumulative GPA of a 2.0 to continue employment.
