IU HUMAN RESOURCES (UA-HUMM-IUBLA)
- Scans and indexes documents in the OnBase document management system, per standard operating procedures.
- Ensures proper storage of documents according to document retention standards.
- Proactively identifies system and document issues and consults with HR staff to remedy.
- Assists as needed with ongoing file maintenance and HR OnBase setup.
- Performs other clerical duties as needed.
EDUCATION
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)
WORK EXPERIENCE

- Clerical experience
