Part-Time OnBase Project Assistant

IU HUMAN RESOURCES (UA-HUMM-IUBLA)

  • Scans and indexes documents in the OnBase document management system, per standard operating procedures.
  • Ensures proper storage of documents according to document retention standards.
  • Proactively identifies system and document issues and consults with HR staff to remedy.
  • Assists as needed with ongoing file maintenance and HR OnBase setup.
  • Performs other clerical duties as needed.

EDUCATION

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)

WORK EXPERIENCE

Preferred

  • Clerical experience

SKILLS

Required

  • Ability to communicate clearly in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
