JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Penn State Abington’s Science and Engineering Division seeks math and statistics instructors (non-tenure track) for part-time appointment to begin in January 2024.

Job Duties

• The successful candidate will teach undergraduate math and statistics courses at the introductory through intermediate undergraduate level.

• The ideal candidate should be open to offering flexibility in course scheduling and methods of course delivery.  

Requirements and Qualifications

• Applicants must have a M.S. or Ph.D. degree by the start of the appointment.

• Applicants who have a M.S. or Ph.D. in math, statistics, math education, or a related field is preferred.  

• Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated excellence in teaching math and statistics at the college level.
