Position Description
The University of Louisville School of Music is seeking qualified applicants for a Part-Time Lecturer of Applied Voice. This is a non-tenure track appointment beginning August. Responsibilities may include teaching undergraduate and graduate applied voice lessons, recruiting and retaining students, engaging in creative activity, and being an advocate and resource for students. Responsibilities may also include teaching courses within the voice area determined by departmental needs and applicant qualifications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Music with significant professional experience
- Record of success as a voice teacher at the collegiate level
- Evidence of performance ability at a professional level
