Position Summary | The Department of Marketing at Austin Peay State University is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our faculty as an Adjunct Marketing Professor. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of marketing. |

Primary Duties and Responsibilities | - Develop and deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions on marketing. - Design and implement relevant coursework, assignments, and assessments. - Foster a dynamic learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking. - Stay current with industry trends and incorporate real-world examples into the curriculum. |

Physical Requirements | Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. |
Required Minimum Qualifications | - Minimum of a Master’s degree in Marketing, or a Master’s degree in Business with 18 graduate hours in Marketing, or a Master’s degree in Business, Public Relations, or Communication, and 5+ years of professional experience in marketing. - A minimum of five years of practical experience in the field of marketing. - Strong industry knowledge and understanding of current trends in marketing. - Ability to teach face-to-face classes, Monday – Friday during normal busines - A background search will be required of the successful applicant. |
