Tulsi Love Farms is a Sammamish, WA based 320 sqft controlled environment, container hydroponic farm that grows a variety of crops. We are on a mission to give people in local communities access to the freshest, best tasting produce possible. And to do so in a way that’s better for the planet.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Farm operations associate is responsible for:

  • All aspects of production to grow leafy greens. Areas of focus include seeding, transplanting, weeding, harvesting, weighing, packaging, and cleaning on a daily basis. 

  • Identify issues with plant growth, improving plant health, optimizing yields, maintaining our hydroponics systems.

  • Complete daily and weekly checklists

  • Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops.

  • Maintain a clean growing area following Good Agricultural Practices

  • In the event of an issue, adjust/repair farm working with customer support.

  • Assist in a broad range of farm operations activities, depending on the need/situation.

    Job type: Part-time/

    Hours/week: 10-30

    Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

    Note: this position requires a flexible work schedule which may entail weekend and/or holiday shifts.

    • Ability to communicate clearly and precisely.

    • Ability to consistently lift 20-40 lbs

    • Must be 18 years of age or older
