| Essential Job Duties | Professor Shen’s group is looking for a part-time data analyst. The primary responsibility of this position is to help the research group cleanse and analyze data collected in research projects. Specifically, the part time data analyst’s responsibilities will include the following: 1) Collect data using nanowire sensors by following lab procedures 2) Label, clean, preprocess and archive the data 3) Develop statistic code to analyze the data to identify outliers or build predictive models 4) Document the findings and issues 5) Communicate with the team members in a timely manner to report progress and problems |
