The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a Parking Enforcement Attendant on the Gainesville campus. This is a full time position in the Office of Auxiliary Services and reports to the Card Services Manager on the Gainesville Campus.  This position is responsible for all aspects of the Parking Services operation on the Gainesville Campus, to include but not limited to operation of the License Plate Recognition software system/vehicle, issuing parking tickets, helping assist students with vehicle unlocks and battery boosts and providing back up on the shuttles.  It requires excellent driving skills, computer skills, and great customer service.

  • Responsible for operating the License Plate Recognition software system/vehicle and the issuance of parking tickets.
  • Assisting students with vehicle unlocks and battery boost.
  • Driving shuttle vehicle when needed to transport students from loading site(s) of campus to designated locations on campus.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Customer service oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Must have good computer skills
  • Excellent driving skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid Georgia Driver's License required.
  • Three years of customer services experience preferred.

Standard Hiring Range: $12.36 - $13.55 per hour
