Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Outreach & Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for creating and managing the University, Admissions, Housing and Residence Life, and Enrollment Management brand. This person will liaise with Content and Brand Management to develop and executive marketing strategies to engage with prospective students and increase enrollment and housing occupancy. This person will also liaise with other colleges and departments related to the editing and production of prospective student and housing and residence life materials.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience: Three years experience in a recruitment or marketing capacity required for hire

Job Duties:
- 40% - Create and track results of web, video, and photography content to increase brand recognition, meet housing occupancy goals, retain current students, and meet enrollment goals. - (Essential)
- 30% - Plan, implement, and manage the Student Success and Housing and Residence Life communication strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure clear, consistent communication to all audiences to include CRM placement and coordination. - (Essential)
- 20% - Represent student success/housing and residence life at events related to recruitment/retention/housing operations. - (Essential)
- 10% - Supports the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned. - (Essential)
