The OTOP Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support for OTOP programs. Key responsibilities include: take accurate minutes at various meetings, filing, organizing and updating paper and electronic forms, create/manage clinic calendars, support OTOP's leadership team, provide independent project management, editing/proofreading skills, and possessing the ability to compose professional narrative content on behalf of Leadership. Note: Work schedule is M-F, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.
