This position will work a hybrid schedule which includes a combination of working both onsite at Convoy Court and remote.

Seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Organizational Consultant to join our prestigious Academic Medical Center. Position involves integrating financial analysis into organizational assessments and identifying areas for financial improvement. Develops and implements mechanisms for tracking financial improvements resulting from organizational interventions. Consults with leaders, departments and committees to identify and address root causes of financial performance using a systematic and data-driven approach. Collaborates with financial analysts to ensure a comprehensive understanding of financial metrics and their alignment with organizational goals.

Prepares and delivers presentations to Executive leadership, summarizing organizational assessments, strategic initiatives and financial improvements. Provides clear and concise insights into complex organizational challenges and proposed solutions. Demonstrates a deep understanding of the financial implications of organizational interventions and provides insight into the long-term financial sustainability of proposed strategies. Solicits feedback from Executive leadership to ensure ongoing alignment with organizational priorities.

Manages workload independently, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively, even in a dynamic and challenging environment. Takes the lead in fostering collaborative relationships across departments, proactively seeking input and promoting a shared vision for organizational development.

  • Nine (9) years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor’s degree in related area plus five (5) years of related experience/training. Related experience: performing financial analyses in a health care setting.

  • Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, project planning and implementation skills.

  • Applies strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.

  • Possesses strong consulting, relationship building, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Demonstrates skill consulting to managers and groups at all levels.

  • Ability to coach, facilitate and influence people at all levels.

  • Demonstrates ability to learn quickly, reason, synthesize and generalize based on information obtained. Sound judgment, ability to draw unbiased conclusions.

  • Ability to focus on priorities, strategies, and vision.

  • Knowledge of the consulting process to effectively lead engagements from inception to conclusion.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Advanced degree.

  • Experience in finance in a healthcare environment.

  • Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.

Pay Transparency Act

Annual Full Pay Range: $101,200 - $192,200 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)

Hourly Equivalent: $48.47 - $92.05

Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
