Job Summary


The OPS Student Account Services Concierge will assist the Student Account Services department by performing front desk functions such as greeting and directing students, faculty, and visitors, and providing support for projects. This role plays a pivotal role in maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere within the lobby area, ensuring all visitors feel valued and supported.

Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Greet visitors (students, parents, staff, faculty, vendors)
  • Direct all visitors to check-in system for assistance.
  • Answer general questions and route visitors to the appropriate department.
  • Assist with projects as needed.
  • Assist with FTIC (First Time in College) students and families during Eagle View Orientation.
  • Manage the lobby traffic flow and keep suite area organized.

Other duties

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Additional Job Description

Minimum qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience operating a personal computer and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
