Job Summary/Responsibilities
Funding is available for two Masters-level graduate students to work in the Hydrogen Generation and Utilization Group led by Dr. James Fletcher and Dr. William Lear. The focus of these two positions is novel hydrogen generation pathways, including solar thermochemical processes, electrochemical processes from unusual feedstocks, reformation of wastes and biomass, and key enabling technologies for hydrogen utilization. Laboratory scale experimentation is expected, as well as analysis of complete pathways from generation to end use.
Required Qualifications
BS in mechanical or chemical engineering, chemistry, or a related field, and strong skills in data analysis and scientific writing
Cannot be a current UNF student for this position type.
Preferred Qualifications
Experimental experience, course background in thermal sciences
