Job Summary


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented OPS Data Visualization Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with limited professional experience who are eager to learn and grow in the field of data visualization. As an OPS Data Visualization Assistant, you will work closely with our team to support the creation of visually compelling representations of data, including graphs, charts, and diagrams. This entry-level position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop foundational skills in data visualization techniques.

Job Description

General office duties such as :

  • Assist in the creation of visually engaging graphs and charts from provided data sources for use in documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Support the development and maintenance of organizational charts to represent the structure of our organization.
  • Aid in the design of graphics illustrating processes and procedures within the company, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
  • Assist in generating comparison charts to depict variations and trends across different data sets.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and ensure accuracy in visual representations.
  • Learn and utilize various software tools and platforms to create high-quality visualizations under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and suggesting enhancements to visualization techniques and tools.

Additional Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in data visualization and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Basic proficiency in data visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of work-related information and materials.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Design, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (or currently pursuing such a degree).
  • Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
