Job Summary:
The Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill requires a full-time Operations Manager in the Healthcare Engineering Division of Radiation Oncology. Under minimal supervision, the Operations Manager (working title) will manage internal team operations and help conduct literature reviews across research, education, and practical initiatives. Under general supervision, the Operations Manager will collaborate to support solving complex system design and implementation challenges using quality, safety, and performance improvement methodologies.  
Minimum Qualifications:
Process/system improvement experience and training preferred.Experience with scoping and systematic literature reviews preferred.Relevant post-Baccalaureate degree required (or foreign degree equivalent); for candidates demonstrating comparable independent research productivity, will accept a relevant Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) and 3 or more years of relevant experience in substitution. May require terminal degree and licensure.
