Position Overview

Accessible Teaching, Learning and Assessment Systems (ATLAS) is a center within the Achievement and Assessment Institute with more than 100 staff members and annual revenues in excess of $25 million. The center has grown rapidly since its inception in 2017 and includes in its portfolio a blend of operational assessment and research and development projects in K-12 education. The Operations Director collaborates across teams and is responsible for day-to-day management of ATLAS as an organization, including oversight of policies and procedures, business practices, procurement, proposal development, and human resources.  The position will be housed at the Joseph R. Pearson Hall on the University of Kansas campus. Both on-site and hybrid models of work for the position are supported for the position by ATLAS.
