Job Summary 
The University of Colorado Department of Radiology is seeking a full-time faculty member to perform diagnostic radiology studies at the rank of Assistant, Associate or full Professor, depending on experience. This is a terrific opportunity to join a highly progressive department located at UC Health Highlands Ranch Hospital. This is an expanding 75 bed community hospital in the south suburbs of Denver with focus on Oncology and Women’s Services. We are open to candidates who would like to primarily work from our Highlands Ranch Hospital location.  

Being a member of the Department of Radiology means that you are joining a collegial culture that supports its faculty at all ranks allowing time for academic pursuits and other interests that support the departments missions.  

Duties 

This is a daytime position 

  • No overnight shifts 
  • 2 evening shifts/month 
  • 7 weekends/year (approx) 

The successful recruit will be required to participate in all aspects of our clinical practice. Body Imaging of all modality types, including MR, CT, US, and GI/GU imaging is an important component of this position.  Participation and collaboration through interdisciplinary conferences is ongoing.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at:

Assistant Professor- $400,000 - $450,000

Associate Professor- $400,000 - $450,000

Professor- $400,000 - $450,000

  • Salary is commensurate with years of experience 
  • Faculty are elligible for bonus.
  • Malpractice is covered  

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.

Assistant Professor:

  • Medical Degree or equivalent 
  • Ability to obtain a Colorado Medical License 
  • ABR Certification or eligible 
  • Fellowship Training completed by time of hire 

Associate Professor:

  • Medical Degree or equivalent 
  • Ability to obtain a Colorado Medical License 
  • ABR Certification or eligible 
  • Fellowship Training completed by time of hire 

Professor:

  • Medical Degree or equivalent 
  • Ability to obtain a Colorado Medical License 
  • ABR Certification or eligible 
  • Fellowship Training completed by time of hire
