Open Rank Nursing Faculty Position (Oncology)

 

The School of Nursing at UT Health San Antonio invites nurses to apply for a full-time tenure track, research track tenured positions at Assistant/Associate/Professor rank. Required applicants must have completed a doctoral degree focused on oncology research. Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

 

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

·     Conducting discovery and knowledge generating research

·     Submitting applications for external funding of research

·     Supporting the research and teaching mission of the School of Nursing

·     Potential clinical practice opportunities.
 

Qualifications - The successful candidate will have:

·     A research doctorate in nursing or a related field.

·     RN Licensure preferred

·     Evidence of a strong program of research and scholarship.
