The Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia invites applications for two tenure-track faculty positions in the Leadership and Organizational Behavior area beginning in Fall 2022. Candidates at all levels will be considered.

The Darden School values rigorous and original research, student-centered learning experience, excellence in curriculum development, and advancing thought leadership in business practice or public policy. By the start of the 2022-23 academic year, applicants for assistant professor positions are expected to have a doctorate in Organizational Behavior, Management, Sociology, Social Psychology, or a related field; show initial evidence of excellence in research, including top-tier publications or a growing pipeline, as well as initial evidence of potential success as a teacher. Applicants for more senior appointments must demonstrate strong evidence of scholarly and managerial impact, and a record of success as a teacher. All applicants are expected to be involved in fostering an inclusive research- and teaching-related environment that focuses on the development and engagement of practicing managers.
