Position Summary:

The Outpatient Registry Physical Therapist provides individualized physical therapy care for patients in the outpatient setting by evaluation, treatment planning, goal setting, implementation of treatments, and education of the patient and family.


Position Qualification:

Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Tennessee. One (1) year experience preferred. Good communication skills required.
