JOB DUTIES
Description
Under the direction of the Onboarding Supervisor, you will serve as an administrative resource to the new hire or transfer as well as the entire Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Team. As our Onboarding Specialist, you will partner with various departments within the Health System to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
You will be responsible for inputting all new hire information into various employee record databases, serving to facilitate the onboarding process and establishing rapport and exhibiting a high level of customer service to departments and applicants. This role will also be responsible for printing our Photo ID’s issued to hired staff and maintenance of our employee file retention database used in conjunction with our partner HR team.
Salary Range: $24.62-$48.18 Hourly
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
· Strong analytical skills.
· Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required
· Working knowledge of complex calendaring
· Recent work experience in a fast paced office setting.
· Ability to work on a wide variety of projects simultaneously.
· Working knowledge of Human Resources employment laws and policies strongly preferred
· Working knowledge of creating reports with employment data.
