OFFICE SERVICES SPECIALIST III

The Office of Student Multicultural & Diversity Programs is actively seeking candidates for the position of Office Services Specialist III. The ideal candidate will have experience providing excellent customer service to a diverse population, developing and managing office processes, maintaining office supplies, tracking budget expenses, directing and overseeing work by other clerical staff, and reporting skills. Manage student employees and create an inviting office space for all.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Performs department-specific office and clerical duties of a moderately complex nature.
  • Maintains department databases, records, and files.
  • Gathers and interprets data to construct detailed reports and assist in monitoring department budgets.
  • May direct the work of other clerical employees in a lead capacity.
  • May perform patient scheduling and insurance authorizations/verification.
  • May assist with human resources-related issues and handle confidential information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Hourly Salary Range: $17.00 - $17.50

 

Qualifications

 

High School diploma or GED and four (4) years of related experience required.
