Position Summary:

The Office Services Specialist I will be responsible for maintaining schedules for faculty and administration manager, completing and submitting payment requests, data entry, answering phones, and conducting telephone screenings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs a variety of routine clerical duties including maintaining schedules for faculty and administration manager, completing and submitting payment requests, data entry, and answering phones.
  • Conducting telephone screenings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

LOCATED IN HUNTSVILLE, ALABAMA.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $19.50

 

Qualifications

 

High School diploma or GED required. 

  • Hard Skills:  Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft software applications
  • Soft Skills: Effective time management skills needed to handle task in an organized and productive manner; Ability to work independently; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills
