This position is located in Coshocton County, Coshocton Ohio.

The office associate serves as the primary point of contact for the OSU Extension Coshocton County Office through in person, phone, or email requests. Utilizes a variety of office equipment to provide a broad range of basic to complex office clerical services such as document preparation, scheduling, reception services, and general workflow. Serves as support for staff in 4-H and Youth Development, Family and Consumer Sciences, and Agriculture and Natural Resources. Administrates fiscal operations of the Coshocton County Extension office. These operations include, maintenance and reconciliation of appropriated and non- appropriated funds, expensing P-card transactions, receiving and generating receipts for payments, responsible for all payment requests, and generating purchase orders and requisitions. Assists with office budget oversight and planning. Provides support for meetings, clinics, or clases inclyuding emails, publication of newsletters, and social media and website updates. Manage the 4HOnline system including tracking and managing 4-H volunteers and files, book orders and invoicing, and document tracking and filing for all program purchasing.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

The pay range for this profile is $13.76 - $18.37/hourly. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit’s available budget, and the candidate’s qualifications.
