The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations, supporting the director and attorneys in the office, and providing front-facing customer service. The Office Manager also provides assistance with budget and fiscal management As Office Manager you will:

Minimum Required Qualifications | Associate’s or equivalent education/experience with a minimum 2 years demonstrated administrative and/or office management experience. Demonstrated ability of and a well-developed working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to prioritize and delegate work assignments while exercising the highest degree of confidentiality. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills necessary. Must have good basic communication skills, both verbal and writing. Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work tasks. |
Preferred Qualifications | Experience working in an environment with considerable interaction with people. Experience working within a legal office or working with matters that require a high degree of confidentiality, precision, and accuracy. Experience working with time-sensitive assignments and tasks. Experience working with college students, faculty, college staff (e.g., advisors, financial aid, student affairs, etc.). |
