Minimum Education

A minimum of 5 years of experience in general office management.

OR

BA/BS Degree from a regionally accredited College or University. Equivalent experience may be substituted for required education.

Must have required fingerprint, Child Abuse Index, T.B. required Immunizations and Health clearances.

Must have a current California Driver’s License, access to a car and California State minimum required insurance coverage.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be able to: maintain confidentiality; organize the work of other adults and give clear instructions; exercise good judgment for the health and safety of all children and staff; meet the physical requirements of lifting and carrying young children and equipment; maintain composure under emergency conditions; administer first aid for minor injuries and/or accidents; establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, parents and children; effectively handle interpersonal interactions at all levels and handle highly sensitive interpersonal situations; communicate effectively both orally and in writing with a thorough knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling; provide leadership, by example, establishing and maintaining quality work standards.


This position is employed through Associated Students (AS). AS offers an excellent benefits package including Medical, Dental & Vision insurance, Life Insurance, Vacation, Sick Leave, 14 paid Holidays, company sponsored retirement program and more.

The range position is $22.04 - $33.06 per hour.  The anticipated hiring range: $22.04 - $27.55 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.  

HOURS: Full-Time, Non-Exempt at 40 hours per week; schedule is generally Monday – Friday during business hours but periodically varies to accommodate working evening and weekend events.

A background check (including a criminal records check) and LiveScan Fingerprint check must be completed satisfactorily upon verbal offer of employment. Failure to satisfactorily complete the background check or LiveScan Fingerprint check may affect the application status of applicants or continued employment.  Proof of current vaccinations for Measles, Pertussis/Tdap [Whooping Cough] and any other required by licensing.
