Job Summary
Provides office support for University Student Apartments Maintenance Department. Performs a variety of office duties involving the use of telephone, computer and two-way radio equipment. 
Responsibilities
1. Answers incoming telephone calls on a multi-line system and also serves walk-in customers; disseminates all relevant information to appropriate personnel via telephone or two-way radio
2. Generates and issues department work orders
3. Receives, closes out and files completed department work orders
4. Performs a variety of other standard office work including data input and retrieval and other filing duties

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency required. One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required. 
 
Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.
Preferences
University Student Apartments resident preferred.
