Position Summary | The Administrative Support Associate will be supporting the School of Medicine Dean’s Office by providing administrative support. Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to: scheduling and calendar management, record keeping, data entry, assisting other staff members, answering calls and emails, taking messages, welcoming visitors, and other duties as assigned. |
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements | High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work. |
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience | Impeccable customer service skills. |
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience | Experience with office/administrative work in an executive environment preferred. |
