Position Summary | The Department of Family and Community Medicine seeks to hire a detail-oriented, self-motivated Office Assistant to assist with clerical duties. This position requires a reliable, organized person who has good time-management and communication skills. The student will be required to work a minimum of 10 hours per week. Duties include: · Updating reports, entering data and creating spreadsheets · Sorting and delivering mail · Email communication with staff and faculty · Update and maintain files · Prepare and assist with documents including all programs that run in MS Office, Smartsheets, Adobe, Marq and other software · Other duties as assigned |

Preferred Qualifications | Preferred Qualifications: · Maintain confidentiality · Customer service driven · Excellent written and verbal skills · Ability to understand and follow specific instructions · Proactive and action oriented · Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Data Entry · Knowledge of Smartsheets · Available for 10 hours per week during normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm) · Work study qualified |
