Responsibilities*

Perform routine office work; maintain office files and records; receive, sort, and route mail; post information to records; stuff, seal, and stamp envelopes; maintain mailing lists; wrap packages; sort, collate, staple, and hand deliver materials; operate office convenience unit duplicating equipment; type reports, memos, and correspondence; prepare charts and graphs; process forms and applications; act as receptionist; operate cash drawers; verify and maintain records and reports; code research and questionnaire data; operate office machines; tabulate data and post to records. Other clerical duties as assigned.


Desired Qualifications*

Previous office work experience desired, should have excellent customer service skills, be comfortable using Microsoft Office programs and be able to multi-task.


Work Locations

Positions may be located at either the Michigan Medicine or Ann Arbor campus.


Additional Information

Applying for this position will place you in a general temporary pool of candidates with the University's Temporary Staffing Services office for future consideration as positions become available at the Ann Arbor campus and Michigan Medicine. Temporary employment may be full or part time, but in either case is limited in duration.
