JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

PENN STATE DICKINSON LAW invites applications from entry-level and lateral candidates for a tenure-line or tenured faculty position expected to begin July 1, 2022.

We welcome candidates with outstanding academic credentials across all areas of law, although we are primarily interested in candidates with expertise in civil procedure. Other subject matter areas of interest include environmental law, sales, and business entities.

Practice experience, judicial clerkships, and interest in interdisciplinary scholarship (signified by undertaking a Ph.D. or other graduate study) are plus factors. We especially welcome applications from candidates who will add to the diversity of our educational community.

This position maybe filled at the Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor rank.  The appointment will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s current rank, title, education, and experience.
