Physical Requirements
This position requires occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects up to 50 pounds and loading and/or unloading supplies and materials onto carts. Sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time and repetitive motion tasks.
Shift
Primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; some weekends and evening activities may be required as needed.
Job Summary
The Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment, Family and Consumer Sciences Extension is seeking an Assistant Director for the Nutrition Education Program position. This position will support the overall Nutrition Education Program. Position duties will include but are not limited to: program supervision and staff development, program leadership, fund/budget management, and employee supervision.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Driver’s License Preferred.

Preferred Education/Experience
Experience in leadership, supervision, grant management, Cooperative Extension Service, programming, and evaluation.
