The Nurture Marketing Manager at the University of Arizona Global Campus (UAGC) is an integral member of the Customer Relationship Technologies team. This role will champion our nurture and marketing automation strategies, focusing on Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Experience Cloud. In collaboration with various teams, the Nurture Marketing Manager ensures the delivery of a harmonious student experience across our platforms, including student portals and other student-facing touchpoints. Merging the worlds of marketing, technology, and user experience, this role embodies a commitment to creating streamlined, intuitive digital interactions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Spearhead UAGC's nurture marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with our institution's values and goals.

  • Drive consistency and fluidity in student experiences across all digital platforms.

  • Contribute to a holistic understanding of our students' digital journey, identifying pain points, opportunities, and areas for innovation similar to a product designer.

  • Collaboratively prototype, test, and iterate on digital strategies, ensuring each touchpoint meets user needs and business objectives.

  • Actively engage in feedback loops with stakeholders to refine and optimize digital touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive customer experience.

  • Design and oversee campaigns within Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Experience Cloud.

  • Collaborate with diverse teams, ensuring seamless and consistent student interactions throughout their journey at UAGC.

  • Exhibit a strong passion for refining and streamlining digital experiences, eliminating unnecessary complexities.

  • Analyze funnel metrics, continually innovating and strategizing to enhance conversion rates and overall effectiveness.

  • Leverage tools like Litmus and BrowserStack for cross-device compatibility, ensuring our messages shine across platforms.

  • Champion projects to elevate student retention rates and satisfaction, leveraging Voice of Customer (VOC) insights.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of marketing automation experience (e.g., SFMC, Marketo, Eloqua).

  • 4+ years of experience managing Marketing Technology solutions.

  • 3+ years of CRM experience (Preferably Salesforce).

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree acceptable.

  • Ability to understand and anticipate dependencies across complex systems.

  • Capability to communicate complex ideas and processes effectively to business stakeholders.

  • Motivated learner, eager to embrace new systems and challenges.

  • Proven problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years working with enterprise-level businesses.

  • 2+ years in the B2C space (Preferably experience in higher education).

  • 2+ years experience with agile project management.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

RATE OF PAY:

$85,000 annually DOE
