Job Summary:
**This position is eligible for a $1,250 sign-on bonus, to be paid within 90 days of hire.**The Division of Craniofacial and Surgical Care is seeking a valuable nursing professional to join our oral and maxillofacial surgery (OMFS) team. The ideal candidate is energetic, flexible, patient-focused, and possesses excellent critical thinking skills. Teamwork, effective communication, and efficiency are essential to our interdisciplinary approach. The oral and maxillofacial surgery nurses support outpatient surgical care in the OMFS faculty and resident clinics. The Nurse is responsible for peri-operative care and safety of the sedated and/or anesthetized patient including assessment and monitoring, placement of IV lines, and medication administration.
Minimum Qualifications:
License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina.
