Faculty appointments are non-tenured full- or part-time and will be filled depending on qualifications at the level of Instructor or Senior Instructor. Successful candidates will work with the Director, Associate Directors, and Directors of Undergraduate Studies representing the School’s four undergraduate degree programs: Bachelor of Design (BDes) in Graphic Design, BDes in Industrial Design, BA in Design Studies, and BS in Computer Science and Design. Instructor positions carry service responsibilities within the School and opportunities for participation in leadership roles within the Design Foundations Year as well as skills-based instruction in the Master of Design (MDes) Preliminary Year.
