SUMMARY

The Student Assistant will provide general administrative support to the Center for Public Service and Community Research. 

DUTIES

• Answers phones 
• Supports Center Director
• Schedules Appointments 
• Performs digital filing 
• Conducts outreach calls and zoom meetings
• Assists with Social Media Outreach

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Must have a professional attitude 
• Familiar with MS-Office applications
• Must have prior customer service experience
