Description

We are seeking a talented NGS Scientist to join our dynamic team at the Technology Center for Genomics & Bioinformatics. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in conducting cutting-edge research and contributing to the development of groundbreaking laboratory techniques and applications. Primary duties include: • Perform various library constructions, including 10x Genomics single-cell sequencing and spatial gene expression analysis. • Collaborate with the Core Director to develop and execute new and existing technical procedures and applications. • Assist in the implementation of novel assay/sequencing platforms and other laboratory development projects. Salary Range: $64,496.38 – $103,718.76/year



  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

• Proficient in a wide range of molecular biology techniques, including DNA and RNA extraction, reverse transcription, in vitro transcription, PCR, and QRT-PCR. • Experience with NGS sequencing is highly desirable. • PhD in molecular biology, genetics, or biotechnology preferred.
