Job Description

As an Enrollment Marketing and Digital Strategies team member, the Multimedia Producer is pivotal in creating superior audio, visual and interdisciplinary digital media to enhance Enrollment Marketing & Digital Strategy across all three campuses. This position requires the management of a wide array of projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment of priorities through close collaboration with the teams of Enrollment Marketing and Digital Strategies, Communications, and Enrollment Management for the Worldwide, Prescott and Daytona Beach campuses. Moreover, the role necessitates active engagement in ad-hoc projects with the University and participation in various external initiatives as needed.


Qualifications

 Strategically plan, design, produce, and maintain superior multimedia products in alignment with Enrollment Marketing Digital Strategies.
• Expertly create and edit using video editing software, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Davinci Resolve, and Final Cut.
• Execute video production processes, including managing lighting, capturing high-resolution RAW imagery, converting, editing, color grading, mastering, and ensuring delivery of final products.
• Execute professional-grade photography, including studio and field lighting, editing, and retouching.
• Collaborate with the broader Enrollment Marketing and Digital Strategies teams to complete projects that meet strategic objectives.
• Continuously monitor and analyze current and emerging trends and technologies to inform the planning and production of high-quality materials.
• Exceptional communication abilities and adept project management skills.
• Conduct usability testing to guarantee a high degree of content usability, offering recommendations for enhancements.
• Efficiently upload and embed multimedia content across digital platforms.
• Regularly maintain and update audio/visual products to guarantee compatibility with social media platforms and websites.
• Travel as necessary for the production of multimedia projects.
