Job Summary/Basic Function | The Office of Multicultural Services and Programs seeks a Student Assistant to assist with departmental operations, program implementation, and student organization support for our resource centers. The five resource centers include:; ; International Student Resource Center; La Casita Student Resource Center; LGBTQ+ Student Resource Center; Veteran’s Resource Center; Women’s Resource Center; ; Student assistants will engage in the planning of programs, events, and workshops designed to foster inclusivity and sense of belonging while also promoting intercultural responsiveness/competence. A position within the Office of Multicultural Services and Programs (MSP) entails general office tasks, opportunities to give floor tours, oversee a functional area, and the chance to collaborate closely with our professional staff. |
Specific Responsibilities | |
Work Schedule | MSP is open Mondays through Thursdays from 8am-6pm and Fridays from 8am-4:30pm. Evenings and some weekends will be available due to programming. |
