MSW Program Assistant
Social Work-Academic Programs - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (21004683)
 The School of Social Work is seeking a program assistant for the Master of Social Work academic program. The incumbent will work closely with the program Director to manage the day to day operations and administrative requirements. The incumbent will serve as a liaison to adjunct faculty, providing support with hiring and communication. The incumbent will work closely with students and student groups to answer questions, coordinate graduation audits, prepare and attend academic review meetings, and maintain student handbooks. The incumbent will work closely with Social Work faculty and staff as integral part of the student services team, activities will include facilitation and participation on committees, assisting with special projects, and collaboration on the development of new communication content and outreach materials. The incumbent must have excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, good technical skills and have the ability to adapt and learn new technological platforms.
