Job Summary:

The Gatton College of Business and Economics' Professional Resource Center is currently recruiting for a Director of Professional Graduate Programs Recruitment. Individual will develop and manage recruitment programs, schedule and participate in campus visits with candidates, develop a comprehensive, strategic marketing plan through social media to reach potential students. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of four years of experience in recruiting, preferably at the college or graduate level. An MBA or other graduate degree is preferred for this position along with 4 years of professional employment in education, admissions, recruitment, or client relations. The qualified applicant will also possess excellent presentation, interpersonal communication, leadership, analysis, and organizational skills; pay attention to details, and develop creative solutions.
