Position Summary
The Department of Neurological Sciences at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE is actively recruiting for an academic Movement Disorders Specialist. In this faculty role, you will join a multidisciplinary team of specialists who collaborate to provide cutting edge patient care while teaching providers at all levels of training and researching the latest treatments and discoveries. Our Movement Disorders Clinic is the most comprehensive in the region.

The successful candidate must be an MD/DO (or equivalent degree) who is board certified/eligible and has completed fellowship training in movement disorders. Knowledge in subspecialty-specific diagnostics and therapeutics including brain mapping, DBS
programming, and chemodenervation is required.

Required Qualifications
MD
BC/BE Neurologist
Fellowship training in Movement Disorders
Knowledge of subspecialty-specific diagnostics and therapeutics including DBS
programming and chemodenervation
Supplemental Qualifications
Experience in genetic and non-genetic ataxias
