Position Description

Advertised Job Summary

Perform general construction duties to include painting, plumbing, electrical and other construction and maintenance tasks as needed to complete building modifications. Demonstrate compliance with regard to safety practices and requirements outlined by the University, School of Medicine, and OSHA policies, procedures and regulations. To demonstrate commitment to conducting business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures and regulations.


High school diploma and 2 years directly related trade experience.

Must have a valid South Carolina driver’s license. Must have ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and specifications.
