Job Summary
 
Responsible for scheduling and providing training, coaching, and technical assistance to Mississippi Wraparound providers. Performs and documents fidelity audits for all Mississippi Wraparound providers. Presents informational programs to educational and professional groups to increase the potential workforce and expand the number of Wraparound providers in the state.  Tracks process and outcome data for program evaluation purposes.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Provides Wraparound training and coaching to direct care and supervisory personnel in Wraparound provider agencies. 
    Conducts onsite certification review visits / audits of Wraparound provider agency documentation in accordance with state regulations.
  • Works with state organizations to coordinate and schedule onsite certification reviews for all Wraparound certified provider agencies.
  • Handles tracking requirements for MWI Wraparound certified provider organization operational guidelines.
    Enter and manages provider agency documentation including quarterly submissions, CFTM scheduling and informed consent forms.
  • Attends and contributes in the planning and coordination of MWI quarterly stakeholders, monthly partnership, and weekly internal meetings.
  • Understands and implements MWI technical assistance standards using the NWIC Wraparound Coaching Model.
  • Assists the National Wraparound Coaches in the planning and implementation of quarterly booster workshops and trainings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Minimum Qualifications  
    Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or Human Services discipline and Wraparound experience; National Wraparound Implementation Center certification within six months of hire date; valid Driver’s License.
    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
     
    • Knowledge of children’s mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities.
    • Familiarity with social service systems involved in child welfare.  
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse group of individuals.
    • Ability to effectively present information to program stakeholders, public groups, and/or board, council, or advisory members.
    • Excellent organization and time management skills.
    • Organizational and planning skills to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and take initiative.
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data sets for reporting purposes.
    • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
    • Ability to develop curriculum.
    • Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
    • Ability to travel statewide or complete overnight stays.
