Summary of Duties

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic marketing plan for the Lima Campus including all advertising, publications and branding. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing a strong strategy for digital/inbound marketing. This position will be responsible for the layout, graphic design, content and photography for all advertisements and publications. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for web oversight and placement including the Lima Campus webpage, social media outlets, web graphics and messaging. The Marketing Manager will work with the other advancement team members to ensure strategies are consistent and on target.

The Ohio State University at Lima is one of six campuses of Ohio State. Current enrollment on the Lima campus is approximately 1,000 students and there are approximately 65 full- and part-time faculty in all academic departments. Average class size on the Lima campus is 18 students and includes a mix of traditional and nontraditional students. Ohio State Lima offers the first two years of the Ohio State general education curriculum and twelve programs leading to baccalaureate degrees in nine disciplines.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications or related field; 3-5 years of strategic marketing experience.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in graphic design including computer graphic design and production of promotional publications; experience with photography; experience in developing strategies for digital/inbound marketing.

Target Salary $47,476.00 - $49,500.00 Annually
