Responsibilities
You will serve as the Medical Student Coordinator for the Department of Emergency Medicine, acting as liaison to students, creating schedules, and coordinating various activities. You will also serve as Fellowship Coordinator for the Department of Emergency Medicine, arranging interviews for candidates, scheduling meetings and assisting with projects for multiple fellowships. In addition, you will assist in management of all academic personnel and credentialing processes for the Department of Emergency Medicine, including full-time clinical faculty, voluntary academic appointment. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: dossier preparation and management, database management, and assist in administrative analysis and resolution of complex departmental issues pertaining to medical students, faculty and other academic personnel matters.
