Minimum Acceptable Qualifications Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent/GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a clinical setting
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records
  • Knowledge of customer service; ability to effectively communicate with patients, university staff and students
  • Ability to work with persons from a variety of cultural, economic and educational backgrounds
  • Ability to perform data entry
