Ensures reliable and secure administration of constructed exams from Benware to students at the Rockford campus of UICOM including building exams, assigning passwords, and scheduling of exams on campus. 

Provides a secure environment for review of student exams in the Phase 1 curriculum. 

Maintains accuracy of student performance data. Communicates with the Assistant Dean, faculty, and students regarding upcoming examinations (content, format, etc.). 

Provides support for all Team Based Learning (TBL) activities (including in-class support). Support use of web-based TBL software by faculty and students, including providing software training and troubleshooting problems.

Provides support to students requiring ADA testing accommodations for approved examinees including identifying appropriate testing spaces and times. 

Trains and schedules outside proctors.

Creates and maintains a procedural manual related to the above duties.

Works with the Office of Medical Education and the Office of Student and Alumni Affairs to establish and update the Step 1, Step 2, and Step 3 testing schedule.

Schedules examinees for all testing needs including occurring within the Computer Based Testing lab (CBT) and providing for those examinees with ADA approved accommodations. 

Manages the daily and long-term operations of the CBT including startup, examinee sign-in, downloading of examination materials, examinee sign-off, uploading of answers, daily backup, online troubleshooting, preventive diagnostics, and maintenance.

Prepares and submits time reports for proctors, as needed, and sends reminders for all exams to examinees.

Provides appropriate data on the educational program to the Assistant Dean for submission to the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME), the American Association of Medical Colleges, and the National Board of Medical Examiners. Assists in conducting portions of an orientation for medical education program participants.

Serves as a contact for students and faculty concerning the medical education program.

Maintain and distribute evaluation forms for the evaluation of courses by students.

Create and distribute reports of course and faculty evaluation data to students, faculty, and administration as needed.

Maintain accurate data records related to student and course performance. 

Assist with development of new evaluations to benefit the University of Illinois College of Medicine Rockford and its internal programs. 

Performs other related duties as assigned.
