Location: Delphi, INDIANA
Job Summary
Assists provider and nursing staff with implementation of patient care, following nursing and Clinic policies and procedures. Rooms patients, monitors and charts vital signs and historical data. Handles specimens. Completes requisitions, forms and reports. Participates in clinical huddles, staff meetings and quality improvement initiatives. Maintains patient confidentiality at all times.

Required:
- Graduation from an approved Medical Assistant program
- 1 year of prior medical assistant experience.
- CPR certification
- Must show evidence of Indiana certification.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of scientific principles of aseptic technique and general clinical practice.
- Basic knowledge of medical language.
- Must have computer and data entry skills.
Preferred:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
