Are you the person who can visualize the story the data tells to drive and set initiatives and strategies?  Talent Management is rebuilding our Performance Management and Talent Initiatives and your expertise will do that.  The Manager of Talent Management will use a data-driven focus to set priorities for improvements aligned to strategic recommendations.  The position includes conducting recruitment activities in sourcing the best internal talent for Texas A&M University, as well as maintaining effective programs for retention, promotion, career development, and succession planning.   Come join us at the beginning of this extensive effort to reshape Talent Management at Texas A&M University.  Special care is taken to ensure the right development opportunities are planned to advance your career.

Opportunities to contribute:

We need your experience in Performance Management to provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process required to achieve business goals while creating an internal bench of top talent.

You will serve as a partner with Hub HR leaders and hiring managers to develop effective internal sourcing and recruitment strategies that result in both customer and employee satisfaction in Recruiting & Talent Management.

Your Data Management experience will contribute as you develop HR metrics that measure the effectiveness and efficiency of strategic talent management initiatives and collect and analyze data and develop visualizations to inform leadership of progress on HR metrics.

Your track record of personal accountability and integrity along with thoughtful organizational navigation will mean instant success. Using new and changing technologies will move you to the head of the class!

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Five years of experience directly related to Human Resources

The well qualified, preferred candidate will have direct experience designing, developing, and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover Performance Management, Talent Development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management. Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports is a plus.
